Versatile “Wet” Processing Line
Versatile “wet” processing line consisting of 2 tanks (1 that is split and contraflows to the other), operator platform stand, and 4 processing baskets.
Tank 1 – Polypropylene (Insulated)
- 12KW – 415V – 3PH Pin Heater.
- Temp Controller Stat – STRU-30/10-12gG
- Internal Dimensions – 960mm x 1050 x 700mm (L x H x W)
- Agitation Pipe in base of tank
- Weir for drag out to waste
Process solution is pumped to this tank via a Lowara Pump, mounted on a purpose built stand cw Siebec Twin Filter Cartridge station type MC15-M50, containing spiral wound filter cartridges
Our client used this line for the bonderite process but the line would be suited to a variety of other wet processing treatments.
Tank 2 – Polypropylene tank
- Split into 2 separate tanks with wrap around strengthening ribs enveloping the whole tank
- These are currently ambient tanks (could be made heated with the addition of suitable heater).
- Tank features 2 air regulator taps that allow for the process solution to be agitated at various strengths.
- Internal Dimensions of each tank – 1120mm x 1060 x 700 (L x H x W)
This a contraflow tank where tank 1 spills over into tank 2 which then overflows to the weir in order to take away any drag out
There is a facilicity to drain eaither tank seperately
Basket dimensions: 4 baskets, each 850mm (Long) x 575mm (Wide) x 600mm (Deep)
The overall footprint of line line including the operator’s platform is 2960mm x 1700mm X 2800mm (L x H x W)
Sale includes some additional filter cartridges (buyer to ascertain count and condition), and a Sangamo RPTS timer and isolation unit.
