This is for the sale of the complete contents of an AcuCut Water Jet Cutting Machine that is fully operational, still supported in terms of spares/service/support by Techserv (West Yorkshire) and AMC Jets (Tamworth) for nozzle replacements.
The water jet cutter is supported by a Hypertherm HyPrecision 50Hp intensifier, a 20 gallon pressure pot for the supply of media (garnet currently used), water tank and pump set.

- Machine control and programming is by way of an intuitive Techserv Windows based control system (which has recently been replaced with new in December 2023)
- Working pressure 4,000 bar, max continuous pressure 3600 bar, intensifier ratio 20:1, max oil pressure 200 bar, require inlet pressure 6-7 bar, diamond cutting head.
- OEM manuals for machine and intensifier included.
Vendor Comment: ‘This Water Jet Cutting machine has been used very infrequently as a result of being used for one low running job’.
The cutting tank will be drained and cleaned prior to sale and all utility disconnections will be carried out by our client.
Skating to exit door, lift, load and rigging will be the buyer’s responsibility.
