Powder Coating Line Or Its Constituent Parts For Sale

This powder coating line was sold via on line auction by us in December 2019 with the winning bidder carrying out the dismantling and removal to the satisfaction of our client at that time.  In such time that has elapsed, the buyer whose intention it was to use the line for their own requirements has, due to some very unforeseen circumstances (planning issues) had to completely shelve the project and has now instructed ourselves to seek a sale, ideally as a whole or in piece meal form. The amalgamation of operations onto one site has led to us being instructed to seek a sale, ideally as one lot, alternatively in piecemeal form, of a compact powder coating facility from the site that is being vacated.   Our client is a leading manufacturer in its field and is now part of a world class manufacturing group.  Our client has advised that the line is now stored internally on trailers in the North of England.  Viewing recommended.

The previous owner was, again, a world class manufacturing group, and this line only became available because, following a change of ownership, the new owners decided to amalgamate the company’s activities with its own on the one head office site.

This line has only worked single shift and has been well maintained by our client, for example in 2017 they replaced the powder coating booth and earlier this year (2019) replaced the conveyor chain.

The approximate overall footprint of the facility as in its current layout is 270 square metres and is arranged in a classic rectangular shape configuration allowing for a common load / unload area.

The maximum object piece that can be processed on the line is given as 1300 mm Drop x  300mm Wide.

The maximum object weight per bar / SWL per bar that the conveyor will carry is 30Kgs per metre.

The entire line is protected by a Branschutz fire protection / suppression system.

To further supplement this offering, there is a PCP Burn Off Oven.

We can introduce you to a contractor experienced in the decommissioning, transporting, modification and re-commissioning of this line, whether you want it as a complete line or constituent parts.

The line is being sold by online timed auction closing on 12 March 2020. Click here to go to the auction.
