PCP Burn off oven cw Loading Bogey (on track) and flue stack.The flue stack may need replacing with new due to damage when it was originally dismantled.

Pollution Controlled Products are world renowned manufactuers of controlled pyrolyis ovens AKA Burn Off Ovens.

This burn off oven was previously used by a sheet metal manufacturing and powder coating company for jig stripping and part stripping (where there had been rejects produced) before being sold to our client who was going to reinstall it but has never recommissioned it and now seeks a sale.

It has stood idol for in excess of 10 years and will need relagging internally.

Internal Chamber Dimensions are – 4 x 5 x 5 ft

Loading Bogey – 3ft 9in x 4 x 4 ft

Please note that the bottom burner housing needs fastening back to the burner tube and whilst at first glance this would seem a straight forward fix, it may necessitate a complete burner housing overhaul or possible burner replacement. In any case as this will need to be recommissioned by an appropriately qualified gas heating engineer it will be a legal requirement for the gas supply and burner performance to be inspected, tested and passed off as part of the recommissioning and this is a condition of sale.
