Our client is a registered charity who work with disabled people, manufacturing game-changing assistive technology products on a very low volume basis. The charity is moving into new premises soon, and a good number of their assets are now available for sale with immediate effect.
As the premises must be vacated by the end of January 2023, our client will give serious consideration to early offers for the entire contents. The nature and location of the premises – a converted chapel in a largely residential cul-de-sac – are such that any buyer(s) will have to liaise closely with our client over the removal of assets bought. Some items will require some degree of disassembly in order to get them out of the exit door.
