Kemper 8000 Air Filtration System
Our client is a Midlands based specialist converter of commercial vehicles. It is turning over part of its production area into a showroom and as a consequence its Kemper 8000 Air Filtration System is no longer required.
This top quality air filtration system from a highly respected OEM is being sold, consisting of:
- Kemper Type 998701370 Air Filtration Unit;
- High Level Air Distribution Nozzle Unit (nozzles are adjustable);
- All of the existing Ducting (and support brackets) to the left and right hand side of the main unit (approximately 19 metres in total);
- Spare Filters and Cassette; and
- HPC Plusair SK18 Screw Compressor and 270 Litre air receiver,
which together provide you the buyer with a complete system that you can fit straight into your facility.
This used Kemper air filtration system will be of interest to any business where clean air is vital, such as where there would otherwise be high levels of fumes or dust, including:
- Welding and grinding
- Fabricating
- Laser, plasma and flame cutting
- Robotic welding cells
- Assembly
- Training centres
This system is sited inside our client’s facility.
This particular model has an air flow of 13,000 cubic metres per hour.
Note: When we powered up the unit on 3 February 2021, the touchscreen HMI displayed a service prompt. This has no effect on the operation of the unit, but will be a condition of sale. The unit was last serviced by Kemper in March 2020.
