Anero Technology Anaerobic Digester System
Our client is a leading independent innovation technology centre that brings together academia, businesses, government and investors in order to create new ways of working across a number of strategically important sectors such as manufacturing, power, agriculture and pharmaceutical. A typical assignment requires our client to acquire machinery in order to test the proposed new way of working in a test/lab environment. Our client is rationalising their storage facilities and as a result a number of items of equipment which have not been used in a production environment have become available, including an Anero Technology Anaerobic Digester System.
Anero Technology – Anaerobic Digester System consisting of :
- 4 x Complete Sets of Two Auto-fed CSTR digesters including frames, feeders, reactors, heaters, mixers, digestate collection vessels, top-up syringes, gas flow meters, gas tubing
- 1 x PLC Controller, Capable of controlling up to 8 sets auto-fed CSTRS (expansion capability built in)
For use in the following sectors in evaluating the biogas or inhibitory potential of feeds processed in the full-scale plant:
- Farming
- Food and beverage
- Local authorities processing organic household waste
- Wastewater treatment plants
- Landfill operators
- Renewable energy developers
