Our client is a fabricator of vacuum forming/thermoforming, polyurethane and lightweight composites products and is located in the Midlands.

They are disposing of a 300 Tonne Heated Hydraulic Moulding Press by Hounsell by private treaty.

Hydraulic – note there appears to be a leak in the base area of the hydraulic pack which will need some investigation

Retrofitted Control Cabinet for PLC control of the machine.

Separate control cabinet for heated platten top and bottom – but please note that this control cabinet will need some attention and was not working at the time of our site visit. Please see the relevant images in the slideshow.

Fully guarded (note some guards removed for the purpose of imaging). Front guard interlocked however the guard to the LHS need some minor attention

Our client was moulding composite materials between a temperature of 160 and 180 Deg C, but cannot confirm the maximum temperature the machine is capable of
